My name is Leanne, I’m 28 years old & I have a 5 year old little boy. I left my full time job in March 2020 and decided to become a Sales Leader with Avon! It was the best decision I have ever made, I have control of my income and it is flexible around my life and my commitments! I never have to worry about if I’m going to be home in time for the school run, and I never have to miss a school play or assembly. 

This year, during the COVID-19 pandemic and through the lockdowns I have earnt more money than I did last year in my full time job, I’m not saying it’s easy to replace a full time income, it’s not, it takes hard work and dedication. I have an amazing team of Representatives and Leaders and I love seeing them hitting their goals!
