Receiving your starter kit

It’s so exciting when your kit arrives. Whether you chose the £30 or £10 option, you get 13 days to pay for these so enjoy and share your Avon products. Avon campaigns run monthly from 1st day of each month and finishing at 6pm on the last day of each month.

  • First of all, you want to get your brochures out.
  • Make a list of anyone who you think would like to look at a brochure, where could you drop them, are you going to target certain roads/estates near you, or can you leave them at local shops, local retirement villages, or do you have friends that can take some into their workplace for you?
  • Pop your name, phone number and store link on your order forms.
  • Gather your brochures, together with any sale offer booklet, an order form, and plastic bag – if you pack all the books in the same way, then you’ll easily see who has looked at the books and who hasn’t.
  • Pop a note in there too asking customers to place the brochure outside on xxx day, for you to collect without disturbing them – make sure you collect on the day you say you will. Don’t leave too long with each customer, we think 2 days is just right, but do what you fee is right for your customers.

  • When you collect them, make sure you have some notes that say something along the lines of ‘sorry we missed you when we came to collect the Avon brochure, please call me if you’d like to place an order’. Avon have lots of slips you can amend and print yourself. Just go to your rep site, scroll all the way to the bottom, and click on the small ‘downloads’ wording right at the bottom of your page (it will be really small), to browse all the options.
  • Gather the orders in, re-fill the books with new order forms and send them out again.
  • Keep rotating throughout the month so your books are always working for you.
  • At the end of each campaign the books are redundant, so rather than just popping them in recycling, why not pop a note on the front of them and drop them through doors, just with your details saying that if you’d like an up to date brochure, please contact me.


Each campaign starts on 1st of the month and ends at 6pm on the last day of the month – make sure any last-minute orders you have are placed well before this cut off time 🙂
